Over 16 years of experience accelerating UX departments and maturity while delivering data-driven products to your business and users.
I've always been interested in finding better ways to work, and AI has become a meaningful part of that. I use it to get from 0 to 1 quickly, explore and adjust ideas with less development effort, and spend more time applying judgment and taste to the problems that matter.
My career has taken me through console games, mobile games, research platforms, SEO tools, emergency response software, and more. Every industry works differently, so I've learned to adapt the design process to the product, the people, and the constraints instead of arriving with a rigid formula.
The same applies to leadership. I want designers to become confident, self-sufficient partners who help shape projects from the beginning—not a team that waits downstream for requests.
