Older Work

Otherly

A platform for friends and neighbors to give and get help with anything, where I came on as Lead UX Designer to redo an MVP that had been built without a clear vision.

Sparq Next Gen

I worked with a UX and design team of seven at Vision Critical to redesign Sparq, their fifteen-year-old customer feedback platform, into a version new users could get started on without losing what existing customers relied on.

Perfect Drift

Perfect Drift was an Android street-racing game at A Thinking Ape that had lost two Lead Designers and fallen far behind schedule before I was brought in to help get it moving again.

S.M.A.S.H Monsters

S.M.A.S.H Monsters was an iOS game at A Thinking Ape where I acted as a UX consultant to the lead designer, planning and running the usability tests.

The 1%

The 1% was a personal experiment: a stripped-down chat app built to test whether people would pay to hold on to status in a game.

Meego Village

Meego Village was a village-builder mobile game from A Thinking Ape that I took over as Product Lead, prototyping new features and running promotions to bring engagement back up.

Party in My Dorm

Party in My Dorm is A Thinking Ape's mobile campus game, where as product lead I built new features, redesigned the account security flow, and ran promotions.

What's Your Thing

A unified university clubs system that two friends and I built as a side project, so club managers could stop updating a campus website, a Facebook page and an email list every time something changed.

FIFA 11

On FIFA 11 I worked with the design and production team, writing Career Mode news stories, setting up tournaments, and answering questions from the translation team in Spain.

FIFA 10

My first professional design work, FIFA 10 on the Wii, at Electronic Arts.

e-Create

e-Create is a university project: a site where people search for recipes to turn old, unwanted items into something new.
